In 2019, I ran on a fiscally conservative platform and promised to serve no more than two terms as Franklin County Commissioner. It is my intention to honor that promise, and continue to represent Franklin County’s citizen and taxpayer interests in my second term.
In my first term, we promoted transparency and efficiency, and ended unnecessary county expenditures.
We increased accessibility by ensuring that every Franklin County Commissioner’s Meeting is live streamed via the internet.
I’ve remained engaged in the community and I have enjoyed attending events across the county. I pride myself on being responsive to citizen and taxpayer questions and requests.
Most importantly, in my first term, we avoided tax increases.
I am fiscally conservative and want to continue to ensure that we are operating our county government and providing for public safety and human services as responsibly and effectively as possible.
